Finally saved up after running my NA for many years, love these cars! Will be selling my NA and looking for a stage 4. 14 to 15k budget for a decent one. Am based in London and Bristol. Anyone got one? Cheers, Tim

Not quite the same is it...a little bit of SC power against 300bhp and massive torque of a turbo beast. :-)

An n/a to stage 4 turbo. Bit of a jump? Respectfully, are you aware of the power?

Err nope but I will take it easy! Had the NA for 6 years ( which has upgraded handling and power) and I understand it takes time to get used to power. I'll be very careful.

Why not just take your NA up to stage 2 SC ?   Then see how you feel from there

It just seems rather extreme. I mean I have a supercharged right which is quick. But even a go in a stage 3 turbo was immense by comparison. Its like flying a cessna and then jumping into a 747! I would try and get a ride in one to see how you like it.

Yeah it sounds fun! By the way I have cash now without needing to sell my NA. I'm away lots so have no time to!

Fair play to you, the jump from an n/a to stage 4 turbo will be massive though!!

Me too. I am so use to stage 4 now and tbh it doesn't feel that quick sometimes. I think that you always want more?..?

Respectfully, 300 BHP isn't that much really in modern cars, it's mainly the torque in the VXT that is "unfriendly" in the wrong conditions. I used to regularly find my old "stage 4" VXT running out of power (but not torque). Also, I am sure the OP has a good idea of how to drive a VX by now after 6 years :)

Cocopop's suggestion of supercharging to stage 2 is good too IMO, easy/cheap way to get +100 BHP on a car you already know.
