Am doing a sheet to go in my car window as am on a Lotus stand at an airshow this week and don't want to spend the day explaining what it is and what it does so am doing a info sheet to go in the window. I dont want to put any daft willy waggling figures so wondered what is generally considered the rough 0-60 or 0-100 time and top speed, so the kids don't keep asking me that one as well. Its a stage 2 SC car with 255bhp and about 220 lb torque. Suspension sorted on 888's etc etc. I was thinking 0-60 around 4 seconds ish, 0-100 11 seconds, 150 top end? Car revs out at 6800 I know this is a naff thing to ask so flame away. Martin S

I have 300bhp and reckon I could do it in 3.7secs on a good run and on decent tyres. I have tried various runs in it and can only get it down to 4.00 secs though as the wheels spin as it has too much power. I have been recording these on my scangauge 2.

Top speed 173mph

ECU has a built in speed limiter, i doubt the CS map disables it.

I timed my NA to 60 this weekend. It took 14 seconds. Seemed fast enough to me; let's call it 4 dead, then.

Bit of fun granted but race logic box or timed proper run is the only way to confirm ;)

your timing gear is inaccurate then.

i did a couple runs with the perf box

0-60 = 3.9

0-100 = 9.5 (that was with the spolier tho)

Chris, not sure how you can say that.  Every single car/driver combo will perform differently.  The equipment in both instances may be correct or incorrect, but it's kind of irrelevant given that 2 drivers in the same car with the same equipment may post substantially different times.  As a rough guide looking at what people have said, drop 0.2 seconds per stage of tune on the Tub.  The SC ones though?  Who knows.  0-60 probably similar but I expect they lose out on 0-100...

I thought the top speed would be limited to the gearing not the ECU ?
