I no it's a hatchback still a fast one ! And will be using it everyday ... I haven't yet been in a vx yet because of weather an busy ... Where bouts you based ?

Yeah, it wasn't the speed I was thinking about really. Probably some hatchbacks faster than a tubby, I neither know or care. It's just the totally different experience of being at eye level with a lorries wheelnuts in a fun little rollerskate ;) I'm in medway towns, North Kent.

Well the buyer definitely got a bargain, I probably should've held out longer for more as there was a huge level of interest since the ad update... But it's sorted now. Can get things back to normal and not worry about it any more - was scared to drive it in case some numpty decided to crash into it. Talking of which. Insurance companies, what a bunch of *****s. Called up to see if I was due a refund if cancelled the policy (they wouldn't insure the elise so it's totally separate). "Yes that's no problem, you'd be entitled to a pro-rata refund" "Great, can I do that then?" "Yes, there's an administration fee of £55 so you owe us £6. You can pay by credit card." "So you want me to pay YOU so you don't have to fulfill your contract?" Needless to say, I'm still fully comp insured for the next few months on it. Idiots.

Go careful with that as your insurer could still be picking up RTA cover. Just ring them back and ask that they waive the £6. They will more than likely do this as they will be gaining £55 extra income.
