Yes. Clear more standing water than semis, and still a very soft compound so offer a lot more grip than t1r and ad08

Right ok well I have some t1r rears just need some fronts so for the time being I'm going to use those as I'm doing donny on the 10th nov and think I'm going to change to the t1r for that day instead of using the 888 as they don't fill me with confidence in this weather

Quite a lot I the guys really hate t1r on a vx too I think. R1r are excellent in all conditions and types of driving tho IMO

Ye I know the t1r isn't favoured on here and I would go for the r1r but means I already have some rear t1r in the shed on my na wheels I have only got to buy some fronts which will probably be around £150 if I have to by all 4 r1r more likely to be around £500
And it's just to do this track day as I prefer my 888 I have on now but with the weather were having at min it would be better to have the t1r than the 888 on the track if its raining
