Oh my God!! An angel was watching over you at the point of impact.

You don't sound too shaken up, but I'm shaking just looking at the picture.

I'm glad you live to tell the tale and hopefully you'll be able to find out what broke on the car.

Sorry you lost your car too.

Peace.

You may be right as it seems the seat belt did not lock giving enough movement to get out of the way of that Armco that was dug into the seat where my head should have been, even if my head did hit the screen, will investigate further tomorrow when I visit the car

It shows how robust these little machines are, i just wish that people didn't keep proving it.

I can only echo what others have said & really pleased you managed to walk away undamaged

I'm glad y're ok mate :grouphug: .  After all, that's the most important.  It would be very interesting if you could find out the exact cause of the accident.  Could be a lesson for us all.

Driving a red Turbo myself, and keeping your accident in mind, I know I will be extra carefull the next time I get behind the wheel

Shocking pictures. As above, glad you're OK! I often look at that kind of barrier when I'm on my bike and think how badly they're designed for anything other than a run of the mill family car. The accident would have ended very different if it had actually done its job properly.

Armco not fit for purpose, it's crap for low cars The car should have hit it and run along the stuff reducing inertia and all that sh*t not up root the whole lot for full sections of the stuff and it try to take my head off. Would have had a nice pleasant trip into a field without the stuff
