Yep, mounting holes in the tub are the same. You might need to dick about with the headrest thingies behind the seat though, as the angle of the backrest is slightly different. You might also get a bit of rubbage on the centre console as that's slightly wider than the Elige console.Will that fit in the VX?!AFAIK for a probax/Motorsport seat you'll want exige subframe

They're certainly no bargain. As long as they're straight (remember, this is UK Lotus Centre 
) and fit your seat, then it's reasonable for the pair. Means you'll have a passenger subframe as well, if you ever manage to track down another seat.
Alternatively, new drivers subframe from Lotus was about £140 and passenger one was about £40, from memory. Though FLD's man at Christopher Neil might be able to do a better deal for you on new factory bits. Certainly worth a call to him.

Just noticed that the exige rails I have are double sheer for both the drivers side, but passenger has a single shear fixing on nearest the door.
