Yep, mounting holes in the tub are the same. You might need to dick about with the headrest thingies behind the seat though, as the angle of the backrest is slightly different. You might also get a bit of rubbage on the centre console as that's slightly wider than the Elige console.Will that fit in the VX?!AFAIK for a probax/Motorsport seat you'll want exige subframe

I've got exige sub frames i think. Id phone the chap at Christopher Neil Lotus, he'll tell you what you need and supply at a fair price.
Podge sorted me out! £10 cheaper than Shocky, for a new part delivered
