Ive just had some quotes back for these. They are to be laser cut from 1mm mirrored stainless steel and then laser etched. The outer profile is the same as the original Vauxhall item as is the 'TURBO' lettering, however, the quality will be much higher than original as these are laser etched. I need to order 5 sets minimum. If I order more than 10 they will be cheaper.
Here is the CAD image of the part (the blue parts are the etched bits, the finish colour will be a dark grey, everything else will remain a mirror finish):
I could even have them made with different text, VX220, SUPERCHARGED, SPEEDSTER etc....
They are priced up as a set of 2. The pricing works as follows:
5-9 sets @ £65 + P&P
10+ sets @ £50 + P&P
Payment might have to be up front depending on how many I will be ordering.
