You're looking for a VX that doesn't exist, and while you're waiting for that car, you're missing out.
Very few VXR's come up for sale, and the ones that do will almost certainly never meet your requirements. I think there are only one or two (in the world) that meet your spec (stage 4, picture perfect, low miles, unicorn horn), but it's doubtful they'll ever be up for sale.
Buying a VX isn't just about buying a car and owning it, it's about spending money and playing around with it. Changing it to be the car that you want it to be, and most importantly enjoying the process along the way.
If I was after a VXR, I'd count it as a blessing that VXR60 has just come up for sale, and I'd bite his hand off at the asking price.
