I drive up that way quite a bit (up the A46 from Bristol) for some recreation. Congrats on the purchase, hope to meet you one day.

Mine is also my daily and I work on Waterwells, so I'll keep an eye out for you!

The VX is off back to the dealer I bought it from to have the mounts done under warranty, most likely both judging on the racket on hard acceleration and gear change. I will be using it for track days once every few months, so want it right.

Planning on getting some Vibratechnics when funds allow (just had to buy 4 new tyres - bummer), I know they're excellent as I used them on my S3.

Well, as promised but late... here are a few photos.

The garage I bought from had the car 9 days and still didn't do the engine mount, so I went and collected it. They did supply a mount so fitted that extremely briefly whilst waiting for my Vibratechnics mounts to pitch up. Incidentally, fitting engine mounts on these has got to be the easiest job in the world - used to working on Audi/VW 1.8ts and my god the difference!

Anyway, photos:-
