Lotus genuine ones seem ok , Try Elieseshop.com, I believe cablecraft make them, there was sizing issue with them as well

Only two options; cable craft/tuthill from Elise shop or OEM. The former are much better quality providing they send you the correct length.

Just wondering: which RR were you on when your gear cables melted?

There is a company in Bedford who make shifter cables, you could get them to make some custom ones up akin to when I got tuthill to make the first set for me

just let me know who they are I have a set of cables here I can give the to use as templates and see how much they would be. however my replacement ones are very good quality also, think they were Tuthill ones. and if your interested in these Lee Posted 03 July 2013 - 04:08 PM Well a good day today, I got the gear change cables changed, they went on ok, only problem is the old ones are in really good condition, nice and smooth operation still, so I have a spare set should i need them.I'll look in race car engineer tomorrow for the advert. Frankly the tuthill cables I had were fantastic, so the current ones from Elise parts should be more than fine too.....

No harm in finding out I guess.... I'd just get the tuthill/cablecraft ones if I were to have my time again.
Anyway, (as I am a child, so often pointed out by boring folks here) hilariously the Bedford company is Ringspann

The Tuthill ones are now sorted, correct lengths supplied and they are a lovely bit of kit.

They would do, tuthill sorted the design properly after someone else on the forum (not Me) refined my efforts

They'll have had a bloody good view of the encampment whilst it was there.
