Updated version for MK2 cheaters.   https://drive.google...dit?usp=sharing   It is worth noting that the 25W resistors mounted to the 75mm ali sheet you all have, will still get sodding hot and needs to either be somewhere with a little air flow or mounted to the subframe/heat sheilding etc. I.E. dont mount it on carpet or on plastic    Also of note, the cable colours for the vehicle loom are on the engine side of the connector and not the sensor connector, so a little bit of matching and away you go :)

For reference: It is nearly impossible to solder onto original lambda sensor wires... They are raychem special stuff which is excellent quality but mostly crimp only. I was only able to get them to solder with some rude retro flux and nasty solder  Use crimps, scotch locks, terminal blocks or any other non solder jointing method you like :) Yes scotch locks are poo but better than lashed up soldering.

I think of the MK1 ones, only 10% are being used

Its hugely possible that I could send out a box with wires in it and no one would notice that it didnt notthing lmao

I'm waiting until I get a turbo back box. Then at the same time as fitting that I'll cut open the exhaust and remove both cats. I don't like doing things twice :)

Just a word of warning (which is covered by the disclaimer at the top of the guide :) )

The Turbo sensor side wiring IS different to the N/A.... I've never seen a turbo sensor +wiring so cannot confirm the wiring colours etc

Turbo http://www.speedster... Z20LET - 1.pdf

NA

http://www.speedster...e Z22SE - 2.pdf

On the car side of the harness, the 12V comes in at Pin 1 for the turbo and Pin 4 for the N/A

Switched ground is Pin 3 and 2 (turbo/na)

The other two I cant recall from the top of my head

Refer to here for possible colour combos etc.

Trying to fit mine and can't seem to make any sense of the guide. How do you wore in the resistor? Has anyone got any pics of how its fitted? Cheers Al

What, explicitly, are you having problems with?

Are you fitting it to a turbo or NA?

A rough piccy here might help.

Fitting to an Na. We're both just confused about where you connect in the resistor
