Anyone in the Glasgow area got the tool for removing the oil sandwich cooler plate I could borrow or have any other ideas how to get round it?

Is this the deely for removing/tightening up the oil filter assembly when the whole lot spins?
If so, I have one somewhere and will have a look for it tonight
