how do people get over train or ferry thinking of booking early for the best rates

I found train was expensive if you did a weekend to weekend, so extending it a few more days , the price difference paid for the hotels. Still undecided , take a week holiday before hand , do some alps touring , then the frolic.

Tunnel for me but, same as Steve, will be looking at mid week crossings and making a holiday of it. Will no doubt purchase the 10 crossings deal in advance at £430. Never had a problem in using them up over a 12 month period

downside of mid week tunnel is not many trains per hour and the carpark is busy during peak August holiday period

I take it from the interest in payment details Paul will be joining us again.  

 

I'd love too, money isn't an issue its just timing and other holiday plans that we had already been talking about. I just can't fit 4 weeks in USA before FF and the wife was looking forward to that. We could do 3 but don't want compromise that trip. 

 

Difficult choices eh...I know I won't get much sympathy from many on here

Each TD will probably be offered separately so you could consider the latter half of the Frolic if that fits😛 You'll be missing Zandvoort as well👎

Well my wife has confirmed that her school hols dates do not match with mine so FF is definitely out for me. 4 week road trip in the USA beckons instead.
