As they look wrong as the tread patter would drag water in on one side

Every pic I've seen has then in your pattern so I think they are the same left and right.

No there isnt a right and left side tyre, the tread does face the opposite way from side to side

I'm sure Toyo has spent a great deal of time & money designing the tyre & testing the tread pattern, I wouldn't worry about it Chris. I'd certainly like to try a car shod with them...hint, hint!

They are a complete new tire design The tire wall is 16% stiffer than the old 888 and has different tread pattern I'm sure some of the tire technology has been carried over but they are completely different

and they shift a lot more standing water than the old ones

These should keep you out of the gravel traps in the wet then Chris 😆

I only end up in gravel traps in the dry And I've only ever been in one gravel trap

I run the zzr,s...seem good to me but not tried 888r so not much help

I only end up in gravel traps in the dry And I've only ever been in one gravel trap

 

 

After watching the zandvoort movie again yesterday (I like that one) you went in almost straight.

Brake failure?

No I kept it straight so I could scrub enough speed of so I didn't hit the barrier as I new I was going off

In that video I had lee scratching his head, even though he had a helmet on Screaming in the first corner And giggling like a girl for 10 mins in the gravel trap
