Old schoolfriend has an alloy wheel company and is seriously considering bringing one of the machines to make such wheels to the UK. Machine is not cheap neither are the wheels. Is there any interest ( no commitment) in this sort of thing. Wheels weigh 6-7 kg. We had a chat tonight and depending on interest from here will scale that interest across other marques and forums to see if the investment may be worth it.

Exige Cup 260 wheels are probably the cheapest viable option. That or O.Z. Ultraleggera's (or one of their other lightweight options) with maybe wobbly bolts and spacers to correct the offsets where necessary.

Has anyone already tried to contact rimstock ( TD pro forged ) with the desire to make a custom set for the VX220 with right offset and p.c.d.?

The fronts seem to fit almost, if the ET26 could be more like a ET20, like the ATS DTC come with:

Front wheel 7.5 x 17 ET26 (Approx 6.8 Kgs) (Lotus cast wheel 8.1kgs approx.)

https://www.seriousl...ed-alloy-wheels

Only the rears are a bit more work I guess in order to get a 9x17 ET30 with a p.c.d. of 5x110...

I'd definitely be interested...
