Interesting thread this, as I find my chicken wire gets a terrible pounding and isn't really strong enough for the job. It's full of holes and dents which make me wonder if my radiators will get penetrated.

Yes, it's black aluminium so should last better than the original rusty one.

Mine has the grill mesh at the front that matches the top grill. This was fitted with the new clam as the original mesh was no longer in stock.
You can is it in the front badge no v thread.
