Well I came across a problem and a solution on this. The instructions advise a really tight voltage range for the operation of the tps and it looks like my test meter needs calibrating as I couldn't get it within range at all. An easier way is just to fire the car up and adjust the stop screw on the throttle body actuator. You just twidlle it until the idle is right and the eml goes out.
