Had a slight ticking sound in low revs for well over a year now. Had brand new manifold and full sports exhaust fitted last week and yes the manifold was cracked but still the ticking skiing remains. Really don't think it's the chain like most people would immediately diagnose. Sooooo any ideas welcome??

Hydraulic lifters or injectors. Maybe alternator belt tensioner

Not if it's any of the things I mentioned unless very bad. My lifters are a bit noisy at about 1500 - 2500 rpm probably due to the more aggressive camshaft? It has not got any worse in 2 years do probably not worth changing them st the moment.
