I'm in the process of deciding on a set of springs for my car (see projects Vexige S1) I've got 3-way Penske dampers and I'm starting with iro 550 and 700 lb springs but I'm not sure what lengths to go for and if I need helpers or not. the open lengths of the dampers are aprox. 335mm front and 385mm rear I also have EliseParts GT Race uprights lowering 40mm all round and looking at the height of the hub I don't know if there will be much chance of the springs being loose plus the spring platforms have a sleeve that won't allow the spring to come off them.
