Screen supplied by Ricky Evans.  Fitted by National Windscreens, Birmingham.  Funded by Aviva.  Wired by Liam at MMG.

Large investment of time, phone calls and delay - owner.

We all know VX220s are too fragile to be left out in the open overnight, so you are just showing off !

It's one of those things, the desire was a little irrational, but Aviva 'owe me' and on those cold mornings, visibility is one of car's Achilles heels.  Sign off from Aviva is a phone call.  Persuading their fitting company was a little more difficult, but the real hurdle was obtaining the screen.  Ricky Evans appear to import in batches of 10, most of which are sold before they are in stock (but where to is a mystery?).  Junks had some, but no more.

National Windscreens purchased direct from Evans, once I'd sorted the order.  The key here is that cost is not an issue.  National tender for the insurers work.  The insurer has paid a lump sum for the annual contract and item cost is irrelevant.

The branch were a little apprehensive as they knew the heated screen was supplied without the 'encapsulation', but I cajoled them and helped out by taking it in with the clam bolts out.

They will do others.

I'm also a member of the heated screen crew :D previous owner had it fitted, I'll try and find out where it was purchased from.
