Rearward facing camera from when I was on track when the pulley bolt departed company. You can hear the Supercharger whine start to change at around 6 mins. Unfortunately, I couldn't hear Jack from inside the car until I felt proper power loss.

Surely if you felt power loss that suggests the pulley has come of the key Or has somthing else happened to
belt came off

From the tone of the supercharger, I presume the belt was firstly slipping & didn't actually come off. There was no discernible difference in noise with my helmet with ear defenders on. I only noticed the lack of power coming out of Camp corner & up to Quarry with the Red Elise behind. By then I had to drive the rest of the lap to come into the paddock. I just thought the belt had shredded & the smoke was just the belt remnants caught up. So I actually come off as soon as I was able to.

I guess I won't know until It's stripped down & examined properly. If it is serious, it will probably mean the disposal of my VX.

I thought the belt was sitting on top of your undertray when you came in.

the fact the engine was still running and was not knocking is usually a good sign
the oil pump is driven by the crank pulley, if the crank pulley had fallen off you would have had zero oil pressure and a dead engine

Gutted that happened max, hopefully it shouldn't be too bad to sort. The engine certainly sounded ok.
