Ring Andy at QMech in Bridgend if you need advice or fitting. Basically there are updated links with standard size bolts or with bigger bolts and some extra shear box work. Elise parts make the normal upgrade, spitfire make the weapons grade version. There's a pic of one of my spitfire links on my build thread.

The links and bolts etc are larger and made from a better material.

Harder to fit though as the larger bolts mean opening up the holes in the uprightsand chassis.
