At least I apologised.

Hey, I'm only telling you how it came across.

I don't care

Though there were different offsets and centre bores in early TDs. we eventually settled on ET20 fronts and ET35 rears (earlier ones had 26 front ET and IIRC rears were also seen with ET30s and ET37s)

There are far more wanky things posted on .org that would put a newbie off. And since when has the OP been 'poor'? For completeness sake this is the main thread I was going to post / maybe should have posted from my search this morning: http://www.vx220.org...s/?fromsearch=1

Crikey, I posted a question that I couldn't find a simple answer to (after searching as there were many types and mine are old wheels) and after a few hours in the pub I find all this!

Thanks to all the usual really helpful vx'ers, your what make this forum so good and lets continue that, especially for all the new ones coming on here.

Martin S

ps I checked my spelling twice but I apologise for any errors in comma placement etc, as I was always rubbish at that stuff.

...you were being facetious, you still don't help out the poor bloke, whose thread you ruined.

Think how this would look to an new member/guest.

Ha ha, pot calling the kettle black.

In his Wolfstones defence, I could have looked a bit harder, (but the pub was calling). Sorry.

 the FB conversation is even better. It is a bit sad that anyone would get so wound up about someone not searching that they would: - post a stupid reply - get offended by a response to their stupid reply - post about it on Facebook  to garner sympathy with an inevitable 'going to the dogs' - start a discussion about who the moderators are - apologise - get unfriended - get offended again Hard to make it up, but jolly good forum entertainment for a minute.
