Help, Need A Special Seat Belt Bolt.

Where could I get this from, mine has damaged thread from where it was fitted poorly last time. Also partly rounded, got it out by bashing a 1/4" allen into it.

Also partly rounded, got it out by bashing a 1/4" allen into it.

 

thats because it's imperial not metric :P
