Hi Folks.

A little while ago I discovered @DaveClarkDesigns on Twitter. Give him a follow, he does some stunning stuff in a really interesting and contemporary style. His website is at daveclarkdesigns.com

Looking it at his back catalogue I couldn’t see a VX – I know a shocking omission – so I got in touch and discussed the potential of him doing a limited run of VX models.

Dave is interested in exploring this. The model would be either 1/10 or 1/12 scale and painted to choice and mounted on a black or oak base – as per the pictures below.

To get this project off the ground Dave would initially be looking for four to be made, I am up for one of these so really we need another three to be signed up for before pulling the trigger. These first four, would be labelled as ‘Launch Edition’ so if you are after one be quick.

Cost would be £300 for the first ones in the run. At this stage I am exploring this as an expression of interest, so no commitment in terms of money.

So, who would be interested?

It's a bit steep on price, but I am interested.

How much would they cost after the initial run?

Just been looking on his site, what about some Wall Art as well?  Perhaps he could do a deal and get 1 x 3d sculpture 1 x Wall art for a set price?

I emailed Dave your first query Giles. Reply below: Ordered as 1 offs: Silver on Black - £195 Painted to spec on black or Oak - £295 If ordered in batches of 4-5 there'll be a 10% discount on both prices. D At long last Silver comes good!

Giving this a final bump before I get back to Dave to let him know if it's a go no go for launch.

I'd be interested to go with the Evora one if Lee ever gets enough interest for it. I'd actually prefer the polished silver on black in 1:10 so the "launch" price is a bit steep but let's see....

I'm still interested.....is Silver on Oak a possibility ?

Are you likely to do an F40?
