Looking for interest levels in new manufactured plastic sills, initially for the NA. I recently worked with a manufacturer to produce a similar type of part and achieved a really good result - so I'm pretty certain that I could make this happen fairly quickly.   I know that the majority of damaged parts are drivers side, so I was thinking of producing drivers side only. Trouble is that the nice new black plastic would be a completely different colour to the faded old parts, so I'll need to sell pairs.   This project would be all about volumes - the tooling cost is high, the parts are pretty cheap and item cost will depend on production batch quantity. Target will be £100 per pair plus delivery.   If there is enough interest, I will look into it in more detail, so I need a list...:   1. Me! 2.mouldy 3. 4.
