I've just got myself a new GoPro hero 5 for use at trackdays but I'm looking for a data logging app (iOS if possible) that will work with it and add some data and insight to the video. Has anyone used this or done anything they can recommend ?

Harry's laptimer can auto start and stop the gopro via an api.
I have not tried it yet and am not sure if it's ios compatible.

I use Harry's laptimer on Android with an old first gen Gopro, I have to manual sync the video in dashware, which works well. I think with iOS and a Gopro 5 it syncs automatically in Harry's.
