Also there is a sad lack of competent garages up here which is why I always travel to get work carried out on my car. My friend is an ex Lotus senior technician, now ford motorsport technician so generally he helps me with anything that is beyond my own experience but this is limited to the odd day at the weekend.
Tell me about it. I had to take Dan through the small claims courts, which i won. Then got a tip about this bloke in Preston who was a wizard in electronics. 22 months later he's still got the car locked up. Been to police, solicitors, courts and debt collector but still no joy.
Oooh nasty, who is Dan and what's his company please? How did he rip you off?
