Hey guys, I'm planning a road trip with a few friends through Europe next year. We will be hitting the top ten best driving roads in Europe in 9 different countries in two weeks. Anyway I'm looking to find and pay someone to build me a awesome video from the two weeks of footage we all get. I will be buying a drone also to catch what we can't from above. If anyone knows of someone that could be interested then drop me a message please 😁

Sounds like you'll have a lot of footage to go through. How long do you expect the final cut will be?

It takes hours to edit videos.. Unless you want to shell out a couple hundred pounds for someone to do it then i suggest you learn how to do it yourself. Video editing is not easy..

I wouldn't say it's not easy (with the right tools), just really time consuming.

Never said a price and I know how much these things cost from ringing around. I will pay what I need to pay to get the results.

Im not saying you did say a price, im just saying that nobody is going to spend hours and hours editing up a video for free so you may want to consider having a go yourself.

I don't mind helping out. But I don't want to re re re re re edit because you or your mums cleaners friend suggests a different cut. Guess what I'm saying is, I'd have a look if you or someone has already an idea of exactly what they want to include.

Ok i'm into both drones and editing my own (very amateur) videos of our off road bike and car trips. Editing is done on windows movie maker (your pc has it as standard and is free) it's easy when you get the hang of it but as already stated it is time consuming. It all comes down to the right music for me. Even tje worst footageis good to watch for memories if the soundtrack is right. As for the drone I would buy that quicklyand learn to fly it as they require some time to get right if you are going to be shooting moving things. Get GoPro's and all the sticky suction mounta and loads of spare batteries and sd cards. Here is a link to a vid all done on handheld gopro with a tiny bit of drone action done on movie maker.
