Update!! Ive got it started!! Reseated the sensor again after attaching the missing screw, still wouldnt start. Disconnecfed fhe camshaft sensor completely and car started with a splutter. Sprayed some wd40 in the plug and connected the sensor without attaching it to the block and csr seems to run ok. I think my rocker cover gasket has failed right by where the camshaft sensor plug sits, so must have had loads of oil in there. How does fhe car run though without it being attached between the cam wheels? I havent driven it just ran it in the garage. Waiting for gasket to arrive now

because as I might have mentioned before , it is now running with the injectors firing in two pairs , instead of sequential , so 50% fuel on each crank revolution , so sometimes it is spraying on the back of the intake valves , when the timing is wrong for that stroke.
