Has anyone heard of the scandal of onecoin? I heard about it on a BBC podcast but don't see it spoken of much. Supposedly an altcoin but it doesn't have any central blockchain. It's one of the largest scams of all time many many many billions conned and nobody seems to know about it!

Had to Google, but had heard of it and the woman behind it, according to Wikipedia it does use a block chain, if it existed but claims it's a Ponzi scheme

Apparently they keep saying there is an impending blockchain so the coins can be traded.
On bbc sounds there's a multi part documentary called the missing crypto queen fascinating. It is a ponzi scheme on an epic scale.
