That’s a shame mate, what work is being done at MBR? Weather still looks good :D

 

Service, damper service, replace ITG induction kit with standard airbox, full geo, and some other bits and pieces

Nae bother - I'll hit you up on here or via FB if I do anything else. Quite a good chance I'll do something in September as well.

ETA: Was fine for noise too btw - 95.3 static, but no problems with drive by. I have a db meter at home which is reasonably accurate if you ever wanna test your car.

I've still no idea if my car will be ready. My engine is now out & there's still no word on whether it will be ready or not. It's
now too late for me to cancel my slot. So, if I don't get confirmation from Jez tomorrow, I'll have to offer a free place to anyone wanting to go. 😠

No Joe, I'm still not bringing the Porsche.

Joe, my F40 doesn't fit on my trailer! Lol. Driving all that way to Snet alone on the road would cause my ears to bleed. It really isn't a good car to drive on the road, I don't care what Clarkson says!

I'm still hopeful that Jez will have my car ready in time. The problem is that both front & rear clams, splitter, rear wing, rear diffuser, roll bar cover & roof are off the car. That will take a while to fit, if I can find time before Sunday. You know my car, it's not straightforward to fit the parts back.

No, I think I'm slowly coming around to the fact that my time with the VX is limited. Ive had nothing but hassle with it. The guys selling the 2-11 doesn't now want to sell the 2-11 panels he has. He's just after selling the two VX's in 2-11 clothes.
