I'm just after a bit of advice upfront before doing further investigation.
I've got water inj on my car and I suspected that the water injection wasn't working properly but couldnt see the gauge properly while on track.
I did a power run on my friends Dyno which he's recently got and so I had chance to view the water injection guage.
It seems to flash up on the display then stops the red lights and lights up the 2 yellow lights indicating a fault.
A couple of track days ago the water inj pump kept running even though the ignition was off (I had to pull the fuse on the relay). I've changed the relay and it seemed to be fine.
I was having a look where the water inj comes into the intake and noticed a split hose (see pic) but this was just on the fuel rail so don't think it's the cause.
I've also took a video of the guage whilst on the power run.

The thing that throws me us I'm still using loads of water, about 8ltrs on a track day
