I was planning on a DIY refurb of the rear calipers over the winter, so if its just a case of machining and using a new 40mm piston (seem to be available, then I could get a machinist friend to help..

This sounds like a very interesting option.

Will be driving the car until the end of this month before I put it in the garage for winter. It will be fun to get it on the lift and giving it a good checking over and a few mods for next season.

Was trying to figure out why my emissions were bad at the mot. This answered my question :D

Orderd a new 3" 100 cell fia catalytic converter and 3" felxi.

Otherwise, it passed with flying colors.

While I have it on the lift it looks like the inner tie rod on one side has som play. Seems like I have the titon rack that is rebuildable, is it only titan that has the parts and I should contact them or does anyone have any other tips? Is there only one titan rack so I get the right parts?

It's a 1 cell cat as Rosssco was quick to see :D

Was a 3" X cell cat. A bought the car this spring and I don't think it has disintegrated while I have driven it.

Goes from 3" to 2" wich should be good for 289 hp according to the interwebz. Running N/A at the moment so it should work nicely.

Does anyone know of a DIY ceramic coating instead of glas fibre heat wrap?
