I've noticed recently that my vxt is really juddery and jerky just after I start it up when I leave work. It sits all day normally facing slightly downhill at the front. The accelerator seems really juddery and I nearly always sort of kangaroo it out of the carpark 😄.

Any ideas why this is, after I get out into the roads it seems fine, even when stuck in traffic at low speeds it's fine if warmed up.

Maybe it's normal but it doesn't ever seem to do it when I leave for work after being parked on my flat drive. And it seems to have got worse recently

Have you tried parking the other way round during the day just to see if it’s significant or not ?
Also try it identify if it’s clutch judder or throttle
If you try at higher revs and it still does it maybe it’s clutch ?
