Guys apart from wedging something in the runners. How do I stop the drivers seat sliding back on acceleration?

If you have misaligned runners you can get this. Make sure the are lined up side to side. It happens if one side latches and the other doesn't then any flex in the runner under acceleration shoots you backwards.

Loosen all bolts, sit in the seat and violently move it backwards and forwards until it latches in, tighten all bolts back up - job done.

4 in floor 2 that are on the left to right bar and 2 studs that point to the floor if you can get to them.

Ah ok cheers ,, I fitted bolts into rail, set where I want seat so won’t go backwards
