So after a couple of recent trackdays I've encountered flapping from the rear when cornering at high speed and high load. This was caused by tyre debris pick up being sandwiched between my tyres and the wheel arch whilst the suspension was under max compression.

What to do ?

Perhaps it's time to upgrade from my std OEM billies - I think they're the originals on an 02 plate (now SC) ?

I've searched the endless threads on suspension etc. but am at a loss to know what's the best combination/set-up for fast road and half a dozen (intense) track days per year. I'm running Pirelli Pzero Troffeo R tyres; 225/45 r17' at the rear and 205/45 r17's at the front (but on OEM rear wheels).

All thoughts welcomed. TIA

gaz monos are a decent starting point, for about £1000.. something like a 450/550 spring rate combo will be a good starting point.
