Hi everyone.

For next year I´m planning to lower my already low car

and I already have problem to come over the speed bumps.

So I thought a HLS system could be the solution.

KW have a kit, but 4500€ isnt what I´m willing to pay.

And it doesnt need to be hydraulic.

About 2cm lift should be enough.

Anyone in here have any experience with such system or

have any recommendation?

Else maybe someone have ideas and or knowledge how to build a lift system.

i thought for front axel only.

Br, Per

Only other solution i'm aware of is Air Cups, not sure if they'd fit VX style shocks though:

Looked into this too and what you need/can use are "long throw" hydraulic pre-load adjusters on your coilovers.

Most fitted onto bike shocks with ~10mm throw (what would give around 15mm at the wheels), so ideally you want a bit more.

Something like this: https://www.nitron.c...ter-40mm-shocks

Interesting.

Thanks.

Will this not leave you with horrendous bump steer?

That should not happen, not when you set it up with a decent bump curve at the chosen ride height...

(Who has corrected his bumpsteer curve while lowered to say ~110mm track ride height??)
