So, its been a while since iv posted, but thought id say hello again. Me and Matt changed his springs/dampers over on Saturday, and id forgotten how great these cars are to work on. We had a great time, choons on just plodding away for a few hours in the garage. (thank god it wasnt the Sunday)

So i bought a red VX from a forum member last year, with the intention of doing something similar to my previous VX, which i bought SC’d and is now with Foxy. Which is pretty much strip it and rebuild it, but also get it SC’d and resprayed, along with some body mods. Its an NA at the moment, but has a few choice bits on it already, Nitrons, 1” ARB, and a few other bits. However, its currently stashed away somewhere, and not with me, which im hoping to rectify by the end of the month. There will be a Build thread which il slowly update, but as i recently bought a house, which take priority at the moment. Hence the extended period of getting the VX there.

Anyhow, hello all, and look forward to attending to track days and gathering at some point soon.

Am I right in thinking you're the guy who came out to Wales with us and thought your old VX had a problem when reverberating behind Nipper at some traffic lights?

Im afraid that wasnt me no.

Sorry Foxy, but i wont be at the national this year. Got lots to do to the car, as well as the house. On top of travelling away with work and life in general.
