As above. Just had a Tullet 2.5" full system installed (headers, sport cat and back box) and got an orange MIL. According to Torque Pro, this is the code causing it. Any advice welcome. Thanks in advance.

Thanks @gertje. Will check the wire.

Will it cause running problems?

If it then comes back, the postcat lambda probably got damaged during swapping.

You could try checking it for wire breach, or just plug in a new one.

NGK product code:

Rear (postcat) part number OZA531-GM3

OK. Thanks for the answers. Will reset and see what happens. If that doesn't work will get a new one. Thanks for the part number, really helpful :)
