Hello and good evening to you all :-) , I’ve been out of the vx scene for three years bud bought a tubby yesterday, I’ve got some fettling to do on it, bit of cosmetics and some mechanical jobs. Where is the best place to get mintex 1144 pads from ? Had them on my SC and was happy enough with them ::

This may have been done to the death already, buit has anyone found a difference between 1144's and 1155's?

I need to replace my 1155's now.  Wasnt massively impressed with them, so figured I just didnt get them up to temp and the 1144's would be more suitable. 

 

But then the VX has never been a big braker.

However... just seeing the price difference and I'm not sure I need that extra 11.  I'll go for the ~cheese~ 1144 pads.

The 1155 last longer than the m1144 so worth having for that reason alone

I found the 1144's generate a lot more dust than the 1155's
