Hi, firstly massive thanks to Type116, sent me an alternator, belt and tensioner when mine died a couple of weeks ago. All fitted easily enough and everything seemed ok but didn’t drive the car until a couple of days ago and it cut out on me about 10 min down the road. Restarted a minute later and cut out twice on the way back home.

Fault codes...

P0378

C3F00

P0201

P0202

P0203

P0204

P1515

P1516

P1512

Checked all the earths, loom connectors, throttle connector, batery etc...cleared codes car restarts but dies after a few minutes with the same fault codes.

But now fuel pump not priming, checked relays in boot and blown 20A fuse. Replaced fuse but no power to relay or loom connector (fat pink’n’brown wire)

What next, cut hole and check fuel pump.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Oh also cleaned coil pack and plugs.

From my little ecu codes collection i build up over the years.
It's fixes reported on the site here. Not a guarantee.

Thanks smiley forgot to say its a NA

Swapped grey relay with one from the front

All relays look surprisingly clean from what I’ve read on here

Checked  and cleaned blue and black connector many times

Checked battery earth but made an extra one temporarily with a jump lead, battery is in good health.

But no power to fuel pump relay......

So this morning checked the to 50A fuses near the wipers and one was half out but still ok.

Was about to cut out the fuel pump to check but decided to search a bit more and read something by “Zoobeef”

Apparently the brown relay feeds the grey so took the relay out to check and it seems to be faulty.

Ive ordered  a replacement so fingers crossed  that’s the problem

Also check the 4 big fuses on the left side of the boot (under a cover).

Good Afternoon.

Soooo happy to see a plan come together. If ever there was! an A Team, i'd make you go first to wheedle out the good luck and leave the rest drugged-up on a plane, lol

Hope your travels carry on now problem free.
