Whats the best options for rear towing eyes on the VX?  Been having a mooch around the forum and can't find anything recommended.  Would rather not a strap as would need this for pulling onto the trailer.  I have seen solid ones in the past, but can't find any information about these anywhere?

Bottom ones use the bolt that holds the diffuser to the rear subframe.
Solid ones are same principle. End up on the subframe, but go straight through the clam. (Custom job)
You don't have much choice in that area i think.

 

In your case a custom one that uses both of the diffuser big bolts will give best spread without major surgery.

TAT (France) used to make them, but they are no longer a company.

i have used and sell the ones which attach to the M8 bolt on the rear diffuser. 

pulled me out of the sand pit at croft no problem

Have only needed to use it once, to pull me out of the gravel trap at Oulton Park several years ago.

The bolt was bent in the rescue so just replaced it.

I had one of these. Never used for it’s intended purpose ( ) but it kept undoing itself. I’d want a TAT style double fixing one.

Can you do a recreation of the TAT version described by Stef?
