Its a pao/ester based oil and a good one. The 300V is the top of the range and the 8100 is the next one down quality wise.

Good choice Personally, I prefer the Silkolene PRO oils but it's personal choice at the end of the day Cheers Simon

Intresting was looking at astrol web ste and they stated your could use Castrol Formula RS 0W-40 anyone tried it?

Yep,

We know robocop and helped him put that imformation together for the XK site.

You can use a 0w-40 if you wish, it is one of the grades recomended for the car. Cheers Simon.
