Me and my dad decided to get some pics of our cars to compare. well hes goign to put them up on the S2000 forum so i thought il put them up here


i cant post the pics up for some weird reason (a good reason as theres 30 odd) :P

Nice pics thumbsup Is that a imported 250 hp JDM S2000? I like the JDM rims on that S2000, and the white color is thumbsup thumbsup thumbsup You should have gotten a pick from the front so you can se the diffrence in hight of the two cars :D

Its like comparing apples to pears, the VX & S2K they are both great looking cars in their own right thumbsup

how ugly does the S2000 look in white and also it needs decent mats. The only place the s2000 looks better than the VX are the seats. Other than that VX pisses all over it. Only thing the VX needs to lookg better is a discrete rear spoiler, snow flake allows, front splitter and possibly bigger air intakes. :groupjump:

mate you really need to get your dad to buy his S2k a nice new set of Honda mats for it! Badly needed! Christmas present idea! Wish my dad liked cars - would make things so much easier!

my father has a new S2000 in blue. top spec and Very nice indeed. didnt go as quick a i thought it would though :blink:

yeah the new ones are very nice inside and out much more luxurious than the VX and better build quality and service from Honda. But not as fast as a VX, steering is to soft and the engine needs to be abused to go fast. And honda keep banging on about it dont spin out in the rain as much! Although i dont know if this is true or not.

NA Vx vs S2K???? On straight performance terms????? Even the most blinkered of you would have to admit the S2K is the quicker car, unless you are talking around a track (especially a tight one). On the road, no contest - the Hinda has 100bhp more, is more aerodynamic, has closer ratios, and only weighs 300kg or so more....

Hi chaps and ladys if there are any!! I did have an S2000 and there are agreat all round car,you need to drive one for at leasta week in normal driving before you can't really get to know it!as regard to the rear stepping out its all bad talk,yes it does do it,but its the drivers fault. Some great pics there and there up on the s2k board and going down well so pop over and tell them what you think they all like cars there not just S2000s. Ilike your smillys and it looks like it takes two to drive vx ;) rallly The s2000 i think is abetter all rounder but i think i would go for the vxt around a track!!Burnie thumbsup

Im not sure that this is correct....ive driven both, but its difficult to tell cos theyre different beasts.....

from some surfing the vx is certainly quicker to 60 than the s2k....although for all my searches I can find a 0-100 time for the VX

any ideas?

not trying to promote an extended debate, just interested...after all I did pick the VX thumbsup

thanks for the comments every one, my dad isnt very happy you picked up on his (shity mats) more money he says :P what parts can you buy for the VX then to mod it it??? spoilers can u buy the VXR spoiler? was any one got a pick of the spliter??? A
