Found this on J-body:

"2003 ecotec owners can now have a afpr that will directly bolt up to the fuel rail. it is a
1995-1995 Lt-1 fuel pressure regulater that i picked up from holley but jegs has a aeromotive part # 027-13107 . it has to have the bolt on the font and have the fuel line fitting on the right . you will also need a fuel pressure gauge that can be tape on to the shrader valve. if you have a 2002 cavalier you will need a fuel rail and lines and injecters from a 2003 cavalier. check out my profile bbsecotec for more info and pics

this only works for a n/a motor"

Here it is:

AFPR

Couldn´t it be used to richen the flow, in order to fit a 270-275° cam, to pump out 210 HP, with the standard ECU??

Certainly a mod which will be needed @190+ bhp,
There are other upgrades possible, the saturn ion redline 2.0 sc item can be found at autopartspeople.com.
And closer to home there maybe a vx upgrade possible, I will post more info at a later date.

Guys. the complete upgrade is available at HITEC, including installation and all the material, that you would need in aaddition to the GM parts.

Standard fpr relief pressure is 3mB, vauxhall part number 9198822 fpr is 3.8mB, I have one - but have not fitted it yet. It's the same external size, but will not know if its OK until I hopefully fit it this weekend :)

Standard pressure is not 3mB(millibar) but 3000mB or 3Bar,beware going over 3.5bar because this can stress the fuel pump too much!

Yes you are quite correct 3 Bar standard and 3.8 Bar for the other one :beat: . Fuel pump should be ok, but for less than £18 a very cheap upgrade :)

We have messured fuel pressure. It is 4 bar in a standard N/A! We have modified it to jump to 4.5 bar when he supercharger needs the fuel. Where do you find the 3.0/3.8 bar? #2177

Not mesured yet,i'll mesure the fuel pressure next Wednesday, but if you mesured it at 4 bar i belive you!!
I said 3 bars only because normally this is the standard fuel pressure found on many cars.....
How you modified the standard fuel pressure??? By compress it a little bit??

Thanks for info!

Make sure you speak about the right kind of pressure ..........if cicastol is talking bar(e) and #2177 is talking about bar(a) ....then you are saying the same thing, both of u! ;)

We are using the the additional 0.5 bar from the supercharger and put them from the intake to the membrane of the pump. This helps together with larger injectors to keep lamda=1 while getting to the high power. #2177

The standard fpr looks like figure D in the Bosch download, so B 280 550 341 looks like the one required. (or is it  )

It might be worth just pointing out that upping the fuel pressure is only desirable if your ECU is mapped for it. Basically this means using a mappable chip setup on the rolling road. The problem with using an increased fuel pressure on a std ECU is that the map will specify a certain injector duration for a given airflow. The feedback loop via the lambda sensor is usually ignored on heavy throttle so the ECU has no way of knowing if the fuelling is rich, which of course is not a good thing.
