Cant understand why you would want anything else TBH....
Im on first name terms with my local chinese manager

singapore chow mein/rice =
chicken, pork, spicy pork *looks down at plate* sweet meat, prawns, peppers, fried egg and the usual (without glutamin) noodles, onions et al
all in a szechian flavouring (sp) one of us will get it right

like you said, hot and spicy....and fcuking luvely
