Cant do a HPI check as i assume they update their computers as midnight as its just kicked me out, but for the record i can say that there are no outstanding reworks for the car which is good. half expected to see the timing chain rework come up but it seems you been lucky thumbsup

Can you check mine please

Reg: YR02 KXK
Chassis: WOLOEAR972NOO3237

Thanks

Clean HPI and nothing outstanding,

but i would like to find out why there are 3 customer care cases on the Vehicle. Cant find out what they are from here, but on 3 different occasions over a 18 month period Vauxhall have had issues with the vehicle......... hoping its nothing sinister and is just the owner at the time was kicking off at VX for something or other.......

Thanks for the info, can you find out what dates the customer care issues were? Could it have been the turbo seals?

Thats not a turbo seal question - these are customer care cases where the owner at the time has 'kicked off' and got VX involved........

Cheers Willow, Another step closer to Vx ownership. Bunch of roses for £3 from the side of the road tomorrow.... and let the wife know I might be making a purchase. If only it was that easy.

Hi Willow, I think I'm about to join the exclusive VX220 Club (all being well that is). Would you do me a favour and run a check on the following car? It’s KD52CYV (a Solid Red NA). Thanks for your help and I owe you one. In fact I bet so many people must “owe you one” if you cashed them all in for spare vx bits I you wouldn’t be far off being able to build a new one! Oh and I'll try to get the chaise number on Sunday. Thanks again.

Reg. No. DE51RED does indeed belong to Vauxhall & without the bodyglove thingy the official Union Jack cars would be Calypso red & Oh look it's even a Luton registration number.

My money is on this car having Vauxhall Motors as it's 1st keeper.

I bought the car on the 11/07/04, I took it for a service and asked them to get the Oil Pressure light working and enquired about the turbo door seals, must have been around the 23/07/2004?

Thanks Willow, That all sounds good. :P It’s had two registered owners so I guess the first probably was Vauxhall. I wonder what they would have used the car for? Any ideas anybody. Anyway thanks again. Xeo :D

Xeo :D

DE51RED has been used as a publicity vehicle, with a Union Jack body wrap.

a car with that registration number was displayed in a few places in late 2002 & I saw it in Spain in Feb 2003 ;) (parked up on display).
