IN THE MORNINGS MY CAR IS HARD TO GO INTO REVERSE GEAR, IS THAT NORMAL OR IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO CURE THIS

Could be play in the gear linkage, warranty job as long as they replace it thumbsup

Mines a bit stiff in the morning :blink: , try putting it into first and then try reverse - this always works for me thumbsup Is your CAPS LOCK stiff aswell?? ;) :P

Mine can be tricky in 1st and reverse when cold. After starting the car and before setting off, just nip through 3rd and 4th a few times thumbsup

This seems to be not uncommon. Mine has always been f***ing impossible to get into reverse when cold and 2nd isn't much good either. I have had it fixed once and I suspect the problem may be a sloppy gear linkage. If you get a result please share it. Kind regards - Ian

Mines the same. Warms up after 5 mins or so.

It might be worth topping up the gearbox oil as the car might have been tracked and lost some. thumbsup

I find pumping the clutch a couple times helps thumbsup

Mines usually quite difficult to get in 1st and reverse when cold, but dont really think anything of it as most of my previous cars have done the same, as said before, just put it through the rest of the gears first

Iam still running my gear box in. :beat: Although I have taken the plunge and gone for a CS2 and the brakes. :D You are a bad influence on me Bob. :lol: I just hope I can keep up with you and Mark with the CC. :rolleyes:
