How good is the boot rack? It looks exactly the same design principle as the one I have for my old 'F. It attaches to the boot lid. This isn't the strongest part of the car to attach it. Anyone have one, and confirm how useful it is? P.

and the only time I tried to get the lot in the passenger seat I had to take the roof off and they ended up scraching the leather seat

The only way I've found is to take the clubs out of the bag and hire a bag from the course.

What? How big is your bag?? :o I've got a normal size double strap, stand carry bag and a full set of clubs, and it fits in the passenger seat just fine. Shoes etc. go in the boot. Just make sure the base is slid well down into the footwell and the heads of the clubs rest on the seat. Put the seat belt on, to stop them sliding around and off you go!
I'm trying to work out how to get a powercaddy in next

was thinking the same thing. Take woods out of bag and put them in the footwell/seat then rest the bag alongside. I manage to get my (soft bag with tripod) into the area pretty well.

Mine fit no probs thumbsup

Ive even got my golf travel/flight bag in the front of the VX.

I also found if you play on a course you know pretty well theres no need to take all your clubs just the essentials thumbsup

Try a different style bag too pencil bags are small also give a cart bag ago they seem to have less ruff edges and attachments on them.

Also try one of these they hold your clubs in place, so theres less chance of them scratching things....
